Only on the Terraglio, the street that connects Treviso with Venice going through Preganziol and Mogliano, we can admire 38 Veneto Villas, that remind the venetian spirit from the vacations in the countryside.

The most famous is the villa Albrizzi-Franchetti (XVII-XVIII sec.) tied to the memory of Isabella Teotochi Albrizzi that hosted scholars and artists such as Foscolo, Pindemonte, Byron and Canova.

Another villa " La Marignana " in Morocco - seat of extra-ordinary works of wrought iron -, the fifteenth-century villa Gabbianell i in Lughignano del Sile - according to the tradition was made built by Queen Cornaro for one of her damsels -, the villa-castello Giustinian (XV sec.) in the center of Roncade, villa Zeno in Cessalto - erected on the plans of Andrea Palladio in 1565.

The design's purism is as surprising as it is calibrated: it suffices to observe that the external columns of the loggia are absorbed by the wall for 1/4 of their diameters, thus graduating the passage from hollows in shadow to brilliantly lit walls. The order Palladio chose was Doric, the simplest.
